I need suggestion that in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) product, we need to setup Annual Bonus for the client, shall we make the it as a Workforce Compensation Plan (in Compensation Module) or configure it as an Individual Compensation Plan(ICP) . What is the best approach? The client doesn't have inhouse Payroll in Oracle Cloud HCM. Thanks
