Suggestions / Best practices / templates for implementing HCM extracts to retrieve deleted assignment rows.

Hello experts,

We were looking to build an HCM extract to retrieve the deleted assignment entries. So far, I understand that it would involve enabling audit tables and using the HRC_EVT_OBJ_CHANGES user entity.

Would you have any suggestions or best practices or general advice to keep in mind while building up the extract? Any posts / examples around such a scenario would be helpful as well.
