HDL: Error when loading questionnaire objects

Summary:

When loading the questionnaire it indicates an error: The question version is out of sequence. Change to version number 2. When changes have already been made to the .dat.

Content (required):

The .dat structure has been checked thoroughly and several changes have been tried without being able to load the file 100%. Has anyone else dealt with this or similar errors or have an idea of the possible cause of the error? we are almost sure that the error is not in the question version, it is an initial load (attached .dat load file used).
