Adding Dashboard to Administrator Dashboard

Hi

We are trying to add Reports Dashboard in Learning Module to Learning Administrator Home Page. (My Client Groups > Learning > Administrator Home). Have followed the steps as per Oracle Doc ID 2442547.1. I have activated a sandbox and opened the Edit Page functionality, then clicked on "Select" and, in the menu on the right, Components > Box > Add. But Iam getting the message shown in the screenshots: "There are no boxes on the page, so you cannot add any content. Make sure your page (or the template it was based upon) includes at least one box before attempting
