Seniority Date Rule based on Assignment Category

I would like to exclude casuals (Employee Person Type), which is one of the value in assignment category from Seniority Date Rule. Have tried to achieve this using fast formula but cannot find assignment category as input parameter. Is it possible to have casuals excluded from Length of Service calculation?
