Wrong page being defaulted in Project Management work area

Summary:

IN Prod when project managers navigate via Project Management work area to a particular project, the application defaults to "Manage Project Plan" whereas when we tested in UAT, the user was defaulted to "Manage Financial Project Plan" UI page.

Steps:

1. Select Project Management via Projects tab

2. Select any project by clicking on the Project Name:

3. The resulting page is “Manage Project Plan”

In UAT the resulting page was “Manage Financial Project Plan”

I cannot remember specifically setting up a config step for this action but has anyone have an idea how to change this to default “Manage Financial Project Plan”?
