Can I create a combined multidimensional member selector?

Summary:

I need to give users ability to combine members from different dimension at the report run time.

Content (required):

I have three different dimensions:

• Years - FY21, FY22, FY23 etc
• Version - Final, Working, Ad-hoc1, Ad-hoc2,... Ad-hoc 8
• Scenario- Actual, Budget, Forecast

Report provides ability to select three combined scenarios - base and two comparisons. An example would be

FY23 / Budget /Working vs FY22 /Forecast /Final vs FY22 / Actual / Final

or

FY23 / Budget / Working vs FY23 / Budget / Ad-hoc1 vs FY22 / Actual / Final

Users are supposed to define their base and comparisons via prompts at the report run time; different users may select different combined scenarios to compare.
