Can the default cycle count reason code be overridden on RF?

Summary:

Content (required):Our default reason code for a cycle count on RF gun is set in company parameter. However we want to be able to sometimes choose a different cycle count reason code on RF such as can be done in UI screens. Is there any way to do this?
