OTBI Agent Schedule

in Reporting and Analytics for HCM 4 comments

Summary:

We encountered an issue today with a monthly report that is scheduled to run at 7 AM EST ran and delivered the report at 2 AM. Have anyone encountered this issue before?

We have several other reports that are scheduled through the OTBI agent to run on a daily and monthly basis but haven't caused any issue.
