Document Type LOV Not Populating for Mass Download of Document Records

Summary: For the newly introduced feature "Mass Download of Document Records" in 21D, Document Type LOV is not populating.

Content (required): There is a new feature called "Mass Download of Document Records" introduced in 21D update, which enables the users to download the DOR in bulk grouping by either "Person" or "Document Type". Whereas the "Person" field LOV is populating correctly and is enabling us to download all the available DOR for a particular person, the "Document Type" LOV does not populate at all and appears blank, not allowing us to mass download DOR's of a particular type.

The "Document Type" LOV works everywhere else while adding the DOR by Employee, Manager or HR. It does not work only on this page.
