Removing the quick action task, "Request Position Change" for Line Managers

Summary: We have a custom line manager role, that we use and we want our line managers to not view the , "Request Position Change" task under Work Force Structures

Content (required): I know we cannot achieve this from privilege side , since we cannot remove this privilege . Is there any other way this can be achieved?
