Ad Hoc Inspection with disposition status as Completed

Hello Friends,

I am using Ad hoc WIP Inspection to capture manufacturing requirement. One of the ask from customer is if disposition status is Completed and sample is accepted, then do NOT allow to edit the result.

Can you please suggest if there is a way to achieve this?

Currently it is allowing user to edit the result even though sample is accepted and disposition status is Completed.

We do not want to use In-line inspection.

This behavior puts huge risk on quality of data and in fact it allows to edit any point of time, which means after 5 years user can go ahead and update the result.
