Approval and FYI Parallel notification

Resignation Workflow - Approval and FYI Parallel notification

Hi Experts,

Our client requirement that for resignation submission, system should trigger first level approval to LM and at the same time FYI notification to HRBP and HoD. Post LM approval they require other approvals as well.

Can someone please confirm whether we can achieve this through Parallel approval functionality. Or any other solution to this requirement?

Please suggest.
