DEC-21 vs ADJ-21-- BS account is not matching

The Balance Sheet report for Dec-21 vs ADJ-21, there is a discrepancy between the two reports for an account. However, In the detailed journal entries transactions report for AJD-21, there are not entries posted that affected this account.

After investigation, we figured out that We had to run translation for ADJ-21 to make these tie.

Now, the question is, There were no transactions booked in ADJ-21 affecting this account, so not sure why missing the translation in ADJ-21 period, affecting entries or accounts booked in Dec-21.
