Is it possible to add salary basis frequency?

Summary: To add another salary basis frequency which is PIECE WAGE

Content (required): We have a client requirement that they wanted to check if salary by Piece can be configured in Oracle. Currently, the only categories we know are in the screenshot below. A piece wage is a multiplier to a base standard cost of a product. This will be based on the Productivity of the workers and the standard is reviewed yearly. For example:

Tier 1: If the employee made 20-50 pieces of the product = then this will be his/her salary

Tier 2: If the employee made 51- 100 pieces of the product = then this will be his/her salary
