Org chart out of sync after manager change HDL

Summary:

We did some manager changes using HDL, and I've noticed the org chart is acting weird.

after the HDL, We searched for an employee in the oracle directory, and when we click on the org chart, it is showing the older hierarchy. When we navigate back in the org chart, and drill down again, then we can see the new update. This is acting strange. One of the new manager can't see an employee's data from the public profile screen (our managers are used to using the public profile to view performance, goals, compensation, etc). Is there a sync process we need to run after the manager change hdl possibly? have anyone else seen this?
