Migrating 11.2 On Prem to EPM Cloud with HSP_Rate dimmension

Summary: Hello, working on migrating an on prem Hyperion Planning application to EPM Cloud. However, they have multicurrency with HSP_InputValue and HSP_Rates. However, when creating a multicurrency an application in EPM Cloud the rates are within the Account dimension. 11.2 should be able to migrate to the cloud but, importing the LCM fails.
