Summary:

Added EPM Cloud Essbase (ASO) target app in TRCS data management,but "Refresh metadata/member" continues to fail.

Content (required):

We wanted to integrate with the Reporting cube (ASO) in EPBCS, to pull estimates/forecast numbers into TRCS.

We were not able to set up the Target application directly in Data management, because "Essbase" application type was not listed as selection.

Oracle Support indicated it was a known bug 30222281 - TRCS - CAN'T FIND THE ESSBASE TYPE ON TRCS WHEN ADD A CLOUD INSTANCE. Oracle Support suggested using Data Exchange/Integration UI to register the Essbase application as a cloud target of data management in TRCS, and we did not successfully.
