Getting Error PJC_CAP_NO_FULL_ACCT during Generate Asset Line

Summary:

We are getting the error PJC_CAP_NO_FULL_ACCT with the error message Asset lines weren't generated for one or more transactions that aren't accounted in final mode when generating asset lines from projects. These Project Costs are created from Legacy system with the option Costed and Accounted in source system. But still system is giving the error message that the transactions aren't accounted in final mode. We have also run Create Accounting in Final mode with post to GL = Yes but still it is giving this error message. Any insight on this please.
