New Manager type not showing in OTBI

We've added a new manager type in HCM and it's currently not showing in OTBI. I've ran the Refresh Manager Hierarchy and the Transfer the Flex fields to OTBI. I'm wondering if there is another process that needs to be run.

We've added a new manager type called Cross Country Line Manager and Assigned it to employee's, but it's not showing in OTBI. We've ran the above processes and it's still not showing in OTBI
