How to rename a dimension after application creation & enabling features

In financials, we have enabled product planning and thus the product dimension is available to use. We have decided to repurpose it as a dimension to provide additional granularity to accounts and therefore would like to rename it to "Sub-account". Is it possible to rename a dimension without re-creating the application from scratch?
