Qualification Plan for Maternity Absence
Summary:
Content (required):
Dear All,
We have a requirement where we need to create a Qualification Plan for Maternity Absence with a plan term either as Rolling Forward or Rolling Backward in which maximum 90 days of absence can be applied with first 45 days of paid absence and rest 45 days unpaid absence.
We are able to handle 45 day paid and 45 days unpaid scenarios but we are having trouble validating a total of 90 days of leave.
Is there any configuration which we can do to achieve this requirement or anybody has faced the same situation or can help us.
Thanks
Varun.
