How do I send an email to the project manager when project status is Approved

Summary:

How do I send an email to the PM when the project is changed to Active status. In ProjectStatusNotificationApproval I see the option to for when Task Status is "Complete" but what value should the recipient be for the Project Manager? Or is there another way to do this?
