Restrict entering of work email address for employee role

Hi All,

We have requirement to restrict add "Work Email" for "Pending Worker" and "employee" population.

We have applied personalization to disable existing "Work Email" and its working fine. But users adding "Work Email" by click "+" where the drop down has the value of "Work Email"

So, we need a solution/suggestion to remove "Work Email" when user click om "+" to add their personal email address.

Business Case: Allowing these person to add Work Email address is leading to have their personal email address.

Is anyone had this requirement and applied solution for the same?
