Summary:

A Dashboard using the Projects – Cross Subject Area Analysis – Real Time Subject Area is returning incorrect values for the Current EAC Cost.

Content (required):

The returned value for Current EAC Cost in an existing Dashboard appears to be a sum of both the Current Approved and Current Working versions.


This also appears to be occurring for Current ETC Cost and Current Actual Cost from the Forecast Cost Measures element.

This Dashboard was last run on 10th January and the output was correct.

This was in 21C – since that date the Production environment has been updated to 21D.

This also appears to be affecting several OTBI Dashboards using different Subject Areas, and also in all environments (SIT / UAT / Prod).
