The value for the BargainingUnitCode attribute is invalid and doesn't exist in the BARGAINING_UNIT

While trying to add the Union and Bargaining unit in the Position page, the system is throwing the below error

BARGAINING_UNIT lookup code is configured with the respective values and meaning, the same is mapped to the respective Union. While trying to add the same combination in the Manage position transaction, receiving the below error and unable to complete the transaction.
