Standard ESS Job list of values modification

Hi Team,

We have requirement to edit the standard ESS job create accounting to remove one of the list of values from Subledger application.

Please let us know if it is feasible. I know we can create a custom job by copying the existing one.

But wanted to know how can we modify the list of value sources for Subledger Application.

Note : Create Accounting(Create subledger journal entries)
