Stop processing Salary if employee fails to resume duty after vacation

Summary:

I am looking for a way to stop processing salary of an employee if he/she fails to resume duty after vacation

Business Requirement:

In my organization most of the employees are expatriates. When they go on vacation, all their dues are paid to them before their vacation start date. During their vacation, system processes their salary but net amount comes 0 because of Absent records. If employee resumes duty as per his Vacation Absent records, there is no problem. Issue arises after the vacation is over and employee does not resume on time. In such cases, employees payroll gets processed and system process their full salary.

Howdy, Stranger!
