how to Display a Report in an i-Frame in OCS home page on click of an icon?

Summary:

Our requirement is to display a custom BIP Report inside sales cloud. The Report should be displayed inside sales cloud on click of an icon in home page with restricted user access based on roles. How can this be achieved ?

We tried to do it from the structure but the report is opened in a new tab which works like redirection by giving the Report URL which is not what is expected.

Please suggest.
