In Transaction console reassign option not showing under Actions?

Hi Team,

Issue :- The Hiring manager was raised the requisition on July 2021 but today I have tried to reassign it to someone else.

We are not able to see Reassign option under actions and we are not able to see Approver's also inside notification.


Note 1 :- If I click on the " View Transaction History we are able to see Approver 1 details like below,


Note 2 :- If extract the Requisition approver report in that we are able to see Approver (assigned) person details.
