Turnover Report Filtering 0-2 year Tenure

Summary:

We have a requirement for a report that would have a rolling 3 year calendar that shows the headcount/termination counts for employees that are 0-2 years during that specific quarter. So for our Q1 of 2020, we want to see the headcount of employees who at that time are in the 0-2 year window of tenure.

The report we built out, using a filter for the 0-2 year appears to be only showing those that are in the 0-2 year at this point in time. In our report attached, you see it says we had 3 active HC in Q1 2020 in our Corporate group when we know for sure we had more than 3 at that point. I am assuming that the report is looking at this and saying those folks are now in the over 2 year bucket so it is not including them. Our Q1 2020 is October 2019-December 2019.
