Access rights needed in Oracle ERP to auto post journals using Enterprise Journals?

Summary:

We are unable to post enterprise journals to Oracle ERP with Posting enabled on the Target

We have a Direct Connection established to the GL - Do we also need to have posting access in the GL?

We are are on FCCS v 22.02.69

The below error message is displaying in the non-Consolidation jobs
