Unable to Signup on OCI free tier account(Payment issue)

Unable to complete signup process after payment method has been added.

I am trying to complete signup process for Oracle cloud.
Version (include the version you are using, if applicable):
On payment verification section I have added credit card and funds were debited from the card to complete the verification.Post that when I agreed to the Agreement Terms and conditions by clicking on check box and then clicked on "Start my free trial".I am receiving following error.
