Invoices Report acccess

creating have created a report using Payables Invoices - Transactions Real Time and Payables Invoices - Installments Real Time

creating have created a report using Payables Invoices - Transactions Real Time and Payables Invoices - Installments Real Time

for some reason when i build a report based on a report individual reports will show data but not together for everyone. Is there some piece i am missing? what combination of roles access do i need to give a role to do this?
