Summary: I have a report built that is supposed to show everyone that is Active as of a certain date along with their job information and some personal information (phone, address, etc.) with the following criteria:


Using this criteria returns everyone that is active, however, there is some additional criteria that I need to add for people that we would always want to exclude.


When I add this criteria, all of our international employees & non-employees drop off the report and I don't understand why because they dont fall into any of these legal employers or Departments that I am trying to exclude. Not sure how to correct this. I am attaching the XML of the original report along with the XML after adding the additional two criteria.
