OTBI - Combining year and quarter in a date column

Need help to show both quarter and year in a table

Hi

I'm running a learning completion report and want to show quarter and year in one column. I can use the Calendar/Date function to get these separately (QUARTER_OF_YEAR and YEAR) but would like these combined. The subject area is Workforce Management - Learning Management Real Time and I'm reporting on "Learning Record Details"."Completion Date"

Can anyone help me to produce this?
