Person Security based on Payroll Relationship

Hello,

We have a requirement to secure person records by payroll relationship.

Example, we have 5 payrolls. Payroll1, Payroll2, till Payroll5.

Now, we have 5 HR. HR1, HR2, till HR5.

HR1 should be able to see employees in Payroll1.

HR2 should be able to see employees in Payroll2

and so on.

I was hoping to use AOR as it is easier to maintain. However, in AOR, scope of responsibility, Payroll is only available to edit when I select responsibility type as "Payroll Representative".

I don't want to use Payroll representative as this is more related to HR representative.

The final option for me is to go custom criteria route.
