Item numbering rule with leading zeros

Hello everyone,

I am trying to create item numbering rules that depend on the item class and that have an auto-sequence with leading zeros. I have found the following SR: https://support.oracle.com/cloud/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=304816666354736&_afrWindowMode=0&id=2757803.1&_adf.ctrl-state=18fpruv8dm_4

The rules I created allow the correct number of leading zeros to appear. However, it seems to increment the sequence with a number of 3 instead of one. Here are the 3 rules in my rule set:
