Weekly Shift change for Employees

Summary:

I am new to OTL and need help.We have few employees in shifts.Week1 they are in shift 1 and Week2 in another shift.They don't want to manually update the schedule for each week from Work Schedule Assignment Administration

Can you please suggest how to acheive this.
