If I change the system time zone, what are the impacts/side effects?

Dear Colleagues

A customer is already live for some time with the CoreHR module. The customer now needs to set the same time zone (UTC+01:00) for all users.

I know that the setup is done from the task: Application General Preferences > Set User General Preferences > Global Admin Preferences > Time zone

Would anyone tell me if there are impacts or side effects to consider if I change this setup?
