previous Phase/State - recruitment

Summary:

Is there a way of creating a OTBI analysis to show current Phase/State and previous Phase/State

Content (required):

We would like to create a report which shows Applicant details and would like to include the current phase and previuse phase however it does not seem to work.

I have created the below however I have quite a few rows where the date and/or the phase does not pull through from the events real time subject area.

Can we do it cross subject areas and is there perhaps a simpler way of doing it?
