Issue with custom fast formula for OTL

<Oracle Fusion Time & labor> We are have a requirement where hourly employees weekly working hours are defined in person management and their is no daily hours defined and we cannot create work schedules/published schedules and custom fast formula is required where regular hours in time card for week should be equal to working hours while submitting the timecard .Does any have similar requirement for fast formula. Thanks for your help.
