Global access group utility not working

Received Response

1.      Created a global access group and added a Legal employer so that employees only in that LE can see the course

2.      Created a course with manage default access ‘No access’

3.      Added global access group created in step1 to the course

4.      Ran jobs,

Ø Evaluate Person IDs for Assignment Rule

Ø Reconcile Dynamic Assignments

Ø Reconcile access group

But still employee not able the search for the course.
