We are currently unable to view an active user when searching for them in either the Learning or Recruiting area.

E.g. When trying to add them to a global access group in the Learning area, they do not appear.

The user has access to the system including the Learning and Recruiting areas as an employee and they are visible when searching in Person Management and all other areas.

Can anyone advise why this might be the case?
