How to setup PO or BPA for monthly software subscription purchases?
Summary:
How to setup a PO or blanket purchase agreement for quantity based (software) subscriptions where the supplier is invoicing a contracted price per ordered subscription per month. On the PO line we want to insert the contracted monthly subscr. price and quantity, and not manually multiple the MRC x the duration, and insert outcome in price field. Is there a way to use multiple unit of measures (month and quantity) on one PO line?
