HCM Extract delivery type as inbound interface is not generating zip file.

Summary:

Hi Team,@AshishHCM ,


I am working on the HCM extract whose delivery type is inbound interface. 


Issue: Extract generates the files in the HDL format does hit the initiate HCM data loader flow, but it did not get loaded into the HCM import and load page. What  could be the reason behind this.
