What is the equivalent role of "EBS Workflow Administrator" in Cloud Fusion?

Which role can be used in Cloud Fusion for you to see workflow notifications like for example (journal approvals, purchase order approvals, etc?

There is page in Cloud Fusion called "Transaction Console" but which role does this fall under and can this "Transaction Console" be used in the same way the Workflow Administrator was used in EBS where you could see where a workflow was up to and re-assign if necessary?
