How to get data in 2 fields for Payroll Relationship -> 'Time Card Required' ?

Summary:

There are two fields for 'Time Card Required' on the Payroll Relationship responsive page. One is at the Payroll Association level and other at Payroll Assignment Details level. I am looking for a way to retrieve these two fields in OTBI or BI, I could find only one.

Does anyone know how to retrieve data in these two fields?

There are two fields for 'Time Card Required' on the Payroll Relationship responsive page. For some employees, these two values don't match, one is Yes and other is No. I want to identify all employees in this scenario.
