Multiple people assigned as incumbent of Parent Position

Hello,

We are using HCM Position Hierarchy to build the supervisor hierarchy.

We have some positions where we have more than 1 person holding it.

Below is an example,

Position A, Position B and Position C report to Position 1.

Position 1 has 3 incumbents. MGR1, MGR2 and MGR3.

There are 10 Employees in Position A for which Manager is MGR1.

There are 2 employees in Position B for which Manager is MGR2.

MGR3 is not assigned as managers to any employee.

Now, the requirement is MGR1 and MGR2 should be able to manage each other's employees including their transfers/termination.

Does anyone have faced similar situation? How did you handle it?

Howdy, Stranger!
