Planned Order Qty is getting split into decimals and is visible against a planned order in SCP

Summary:

We have checked the required flag, Round Order Quantities is set to Yes, Planning percentages are 100%, from OM the quantities are not splitting up but for a buy type the Pegged Qty has split to 0.6 and 0.4 which indeed has split the Order Qty into a decimal.


We are trying to know what are the pointers to drive this behaviour to planning? Any help would be highly appreciated. I can share more details as required.
